Bruce Springsteen says he’ll move to Australia if Trump wins the election

Legendary US musician Bruce Springsteen says that if Donald Trump is re-elected on November 3 as US President, he will consider moving to Australia.

“The Boss” was holding a virtual interview with Australian, Canadian and Japanese reporters when he was asked if if Joe Biden lost, he would move to Australia.

“If Trump is re-elected, I’ll see you on the next plane,” he said.

When he made the remarks, he was speaking to the foreign media to promote his new record, Letter To You.

But just yet, Australian fans shouldn’t get too excited-The Boss said Democrat Joe Biden was sure he would win.

“I love Australia,” Springsteen told the Australian press.

“Every time, we have nothing but good times down there.

“It’s always a treat to come.

“If Trump is re-elected – which he will not be; I’m predicting right now he’s gonna lose – if by some happenstance he should be, I’ll see you on the next plane.”

Springsteen is an outspoken critic of Trump, recently calling him a “threat to democracy” in an interview with The Atlantic.

“I don’t know if our democracy could stand another four years of his custodianship,” he said.

“These are all existential threats to our democracy and our American way of life.”
