Dad threw baby to her death from balcony and torched home’ after he ‘hadn’t slept in days’

The family of a seven-week-old baby girl who was reportedly thrown to death by her father remembered the little girl as a “beautiful little princess.”

Clarence Martin Jr. is facing several charges after being arrested in Las Vegas on Saturday, including open murder and first-degree arson.

The 32-year-old is suspected, police allege in a filing, of throwing baby London Martin out of a second-floor flat.

So far, a GoFundMe campaign set up to support the family, who was left in mourning after the death of the child, has raised more than $7,000.

“We were completely blindsided and are still in shock this is even a reality,” the organiser of a fundraising page said.

“Our sweet London was horrifically taken from us, and all at once, all our lives have been changed forever.”

“According to [the fiance], Martin told her he had mental health issues in the past but she had not seen any issues until … in the last three days,” the report said.

“Martin hadn’t eaten or slept in the last three days.”
