Perth woman becomes the first in Western Australia to be electronically monitored for quarantine

A woman in Perth ‘s hotel quarantine has been the first Australian to be fitted with a tracking device after she reportedly broke isolation orders.

The 33-year-old reportedly violated directions of isolation after returning from New South Wales to Western Australian.

When the emergency powers of WA were adopted in April, the GPS tracking system was first purchased for $3 Million.
